Etiquette is so awfully important. That is why I have moderated this blog. I have only two moderation policies: I will edit or block comments that genuinely violate privacy -- anyone's -- and I will do the same with posts that are profane or abusivc. Oh, the characters in my novels speak quite coarsely at times, for that is realism, and some readers feel that those same characters are extraordinarily like persons they know and possibly love. But that is the privilege of fiction, which is, by definition, made up.
You say you cannot be sure which parts of my stories I made up? Ah, then assume that invention was at work anent any detail which has no obvious foundation in fact.
With that in mind, do drop in.

You must have PEEKED! Yes, it is rather quiet but one does pine for company. Yes, number trois is in the works, but who said it was a trilogy? One could go on about this county for eons. There has been a request about who ought to be the object of the next attempt (it would be telling to say whether it is successful) in Number Three, which you must know if you have seen BALLPARK, and we are going from there. Do you want to be in it? Give us a clue, do. This sort of thing is what makes it all such a lark.
Am I imagining it, or does the County Board seem terribly dull these days? I never thought I would live to say this, but where's Al Eisenberg when you need him? Yes, I pine for the days of frank exchanges between Al and the yippy GOP. Thank goodness you are around to liven things up in the People's Republic if the Republicans can't.
You know, one does long to see what Mr. Eisenberg's performances downstate are like. Ah for the days when "Eveready" could be found leaping out of his vehicle and into the face of the Republican contender! Zimmerman tries, but he has not the same zing, only the queer capacity to be droning and splenetic at the same time.
